SHIPPING GUIDELINES
At Marble Hives, we are excited to offer a free shipping service for all orders exclusively for US customers. This will go a long way in ensuring that our beautiful marble products are accessible to everyone and encourage this blend of individuality, style, and practicality in every home or office.
Address Constraints
To ensure timely delivery of your items, for that we use reliable courier services such as (FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS) to deliver orders. Please note that we do not ship to P.O boxes. We kindly request that you provide a physical address to avoid any delivery complications. We process orders promptly with correct addresses to ensure minimal delays in your delivery .
Note: For remote location couriers may surcharge an amount which varies per your state. For queries about your remote address or any other issue you can always contact us at info@marblehives.com
DELIVERY TIMELINES
We deliver our products in following ways;
Standard Shipping
At Marble Hives, we provide excellent customer service and operational efficiency in deliveries. Customers within the US or internationally can expect to receive their orders within 3 to 7 business days.
Note: The handling, packaging, delivery, and processing of your order are all included in our shipping and processing costs.
Express Shipping
We offer express shipping for urgent orders, with delivery expected within 2 to 5 business days. Our express delivery process ensures your items arrive within the expected delivery in its best condition.
Additional charges apply:
$20 extra for chess products.
$10 extra for all other items.

Note: All further costs are the responsibility of the customer. Marble Hives also reserves the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the total refunded amount of any international order rejected by customs for non-payment of duties and taxes.
