Return details:

• Returns period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.
• Processing Time for Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your return.
• Shipping costs for returns: If there is a change of mind, the customer will bear the expense. However, if there is a defect, there are no refund charges.

Marble Hives return and exchange policy expires after 30 days of delivery. If you contact us after 30 for delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The returned item must be in its original condition.

The item to be returned should be in our branded packaging. 

Refund Process

For a refund, it is essential for us to understand the reason behind your request. Refunds are not applicable for changes of mind.However, if the reason is not a change of mind, we value your concern and will address it accordingly.
We ensure that the product reaches you is absolutely in its best condition.

But if you received a damaged or chipped product (perhaps it was defective in the shipping process), then a refund will be issued. 

Refund applies only for regular priced items, sale items cannot be refunded.

Notification and Inspection

Your refund will be processed, and an email notification regarding the issue  will be sent to you promptly after receiving and inspecting the return.

Refund Issuance 

Refunds will be processed after its approval. The refunded amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days thereafter. 

Late or missing refunds

We do understand the frustration can arise during the refund process. So, if you are waiting for a refund, follow these steps:

You have to just check your account statement. Generally, it will take some business days after the refund has been processed for the account statement to update.
